- Wheat flour - 6 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Nalistniki with liver"

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Purchase a pork or beef liver, soak a part of it in water or milk in advance for about 30 minutes. Peel and rinse the onions.

Rinse the liver in water, cut into pieces and roll them through a meat grinder, setting a grid with fine meshes on the technique.

Drive chicken eggs into a deep container, add 2 pinches of salt and pour milk of any fat content. If milk is not available, replace it with water.

Stir in the wheat flour and gently stir into the egg mass so that no lumps form. Pour in 2 tablespoons. vegetable oil and stir. Leave the dough alone for 15-20 minutes to activate the gluten.

Cut the peeled onions into small cubes and fry in the remaining vegetable oil in a skillet until golden brown for about 2 minutes.

Add chopped liver and stir. Fry for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Turn off the heat and cool slightly the finished liver filling.

Preheat a frying pan and fry the patches on it, pouring the dough into it in portions.

Put the finished pancakes on a plate. Put 1-1.5 tbsp on the top pancake. fillings to the edge.

Roll the pancake into a roll or fold it four times.

Do the same with the rest of the pancakes. Place them on a plate and serve warm.
