- Zucchini - 400 Grams
- Tomato paste - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Water - 600 Milliliters
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon (no slide)
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. the spoon
How to cook "Zucchini with tomato paste for the winter"
Prepare your ingredients.
Wash and dry the zucchini, cut into slices.
Dissolve the tomato paste in warm water, pour into a saucepan, add oil.
Add salt and sugar at once.
Place the zucchini in the tomato and simmer for 50 minutes.
At the end of cooking, add garlic and vinegar passed through a press. Boil for 30 seconds and remove from heat.
Transfer the zucchini to a sterile jar, roll up immediately.
Place the jar upside down, cover with a warm blanket and leave for a day. After a while, put the zucchini in the pantry.
