Ingredients:
- Pork - 350 Grams (pulp)
- Cream - 200 Milliliters
- Mustard - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Butter - 30 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Flour - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to make Medallions in Creamy Sauce

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the pork into 1.5-2 cm thick slices. Season with salt and pepper to taste. From the indicated amount, I got 4 servings.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meat on it over high heat on both sides until golden brown.

In another skillet, fry the onions chopped with feathers or half rings in butter.

Add mustard, flour. Mix everything and pour in the cream in a thin stream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the fried meat, cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 5-7 minutes.

Medallions in a creamy sauce are ready. Enjoy your meal!
Chef's advice:
You can add mushrooms to the sauce, both fresh and frozen are suitable.
