- Semolina - 100 Grams
- Flour - 100 Grams

- Powdered garlic - 1/2 Teaspoon

How to cook "Kohlrabi cutlets"

Prepare all ingredients.

Peel the kohlrabi cabbage, cut into medium-sized slices. Peel the onion and also cut into small pieces. Boil vegetables in boiling salted water until soft. About 15-20 minutes.

Drain and mashed vegetables.

Add grated carrots and semolina to the resulting mass. Season with salt, pepper and season with dried garlic. Stir.

Form patties with wet hands. Dip them in flour.

Fry on both sides until golden brown. Approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
