How to cook "Salted Cucumber Caviar"

Prepare the ingredients for making pickled caviar.

Peel, wash and finely chop the onions.

Put the chopped onion in a skillet with sunflower oil.

Fry the onions until golden brown.

Grate pickled cucumbers.

Place in a skillet with onions. Cover and simmer, stirring with onion for 10 minutes.

Then add chopped garlic.

And tomato paste.

Add sugar and pepper to taste. Pour in 50 ml. cucumber pickle. Cover the skillet with a lid and continue simmering the cucumbers for another 10 minutes over medium heat.

Beat the prepared mass with a blender until smooth.

Salted cucumber caviar is ready. Serve as a snack.
