- Champignons - 150-180 Grams

- Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Liver pancakes with mushrooms"

Prepare your ingredients.

Transfer the chicken liver to a blender bowl.

Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and add to the liver.

Wash and dry the champignons, chop and add to the bowl.

Next, beat the chicken egg into the bowl.

Grind all ingredients at medium speed until smooth.

Add wheat flour, salt and pepper to the base, chop everything again.

Heat the pan, brush with oil, spread the dough with a tablespoon. Fry the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side, over low heat.
