Even a child can make a pie from a glass of jam, the recipe is so simple that it does not require any culinary skills at all. I have raspberry jam, but you can use any: peach, currant, plum, etc.

- Jam - 250 Milliliters (I have raspberry)
- Vegetable oil - 0.5 cups
- Kefir - 1/3 Glass
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Flour - 1.5 Cups
- Vanillin - 1 Gram
- Soda - 1.5 Teaspoons
How to make a "Jam Glass Pie"
Prepare all ingredients.
Pour the jam into a deep bowl.
Add butter, kefir and sour cream.
Add flour, baking soda and vanillin.
Mix everything until smooth.
Pour the dough into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
A pie from a glass of jam is ready. Cool slightly in the pan, then gently remove and serve. You can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
