- Buckwheat - 80 Grams
- Potatoes - 300 Grams
- Champignons - 200 Grams
- Carrots - 80 Grams
- Bow - 80 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons

- Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Buckwheat Soup with Mushrooms"

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel carrots and onions. Dice the onion and grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Wash and dry the champignons, cut the mushrooms into plates.

Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into small cubes.

Put the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with hot water, add buckwheat, cook for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add onions, carrots and mushrooms - fry for 5 minutes. After a while, when the potatoes and buckwheat are ready, add the vegetables. Cook the soup for another 12 minutes.

Add salt and pepper, boil for a couple of minutes and serve.
