- Lemon - 1/2 Piece
- Sugar - 150 Grams
- Water - 500 Milliliters
- Cinnamon - 1 Piece
- Cloves - 2 Pieces
- Star anise - 1 Piece
- Vanilla extract - 1 Teaspoon

How to make Peach Soup

Prepare all ingredients.

Pour boiling water over the peaches and leave for 10 seconds, then immerse them in cold water for 2-3 minutes. Peel. Cut in half.

Peel the lemon, cut into thin strips, squeeze the juice from the lemon. Pour water into a large saucepan, add lemon zest, all the spices, lemon juice and vanilla extract.

Add sugar, bring to a boil.

Put the peaches in a saucepan, boil them for 3-5 minutes. Then leave to cool for 3 hours in the refrigerator.

Garnish with mint leaves before serving. Enjoy your meal!
