How to make soybean paste
Prepare all ingredients. Soy beforehand in water overnight.
Boil soybeans until soft. It will take about 1.5 hours.
After boiling, drain the water, but leave 1 cup of the liquid in which the soybeans were boiled.
Finely chop the onion and garlic, then fry in a pan until golden brown.
Grind all ingredients in a blender. Add the liquid in which the soybeans were boiled and beat until desired consistency. I used 120 ml, you can add less.
Soy pate is ready, bon appetit!
