Cooking description:
Below I will tell you more about how to make a classic falafel. The key point in preparing a dish is not to add flour, this greatly spoils the taste. To make the mass stick well and not crumble, be sure to dry the chickpeas before chopping. Add cilantro as desired, you can use only parsley. Choose the amount of spices for yourself. Just try the raw chickpea mince and adjust the flavor. There are no specific spices in falafel, it turns out juicy and tender on the inside, and on top is crispy. I'm sure you will like it too!
