Pour in warm water and start kneading the dough.
After about 5-7 minutes, it can be assembled into a tight bun. Cover the dough with cling film and leave for 25-30 minutes.
Then cut it into pieces and roll each piece into a thin layer, dusting the work surface with premium wheat flour.
Heat a wide skillet and reduce heat to medium. Place the rolled layer in a skillet and bake for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Flip over to the other side and bake for the same amount of time. Be careful - there will be no golden blush, like on a pita made from premium wheat flour - the scorching will immediately burn, so watch out for baking.
Put the finished pita bread on a plate, immediately sprinkle with water from a spray bottle and cover with a towel, otherwise they will dry out when they cool and become brittle, crispy.
