- Mussels - 150 Grams (fresh frozen)
- Beans - 200 Grams (in their own juice)
- Tomatoes - 150 Grams
- Bow - 80 Grams

How to cook "Mussel and Bean Salad"

Prepare your ingredients.

Prepare the mussels, remove them from the freezer in advance.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings, add to the mussels.

Transfer the beans to a plate.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add to the beans.

Fry mussels with onions in vegetable oil - 5-6 minutes. Add mussels and onions to the salad.

Season the salad with oil, salt and pepper, stir everything and serve.
