- Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Oregano - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Salt - To taste

How to make Pepper Saute

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the bell pepper, peel, remove the seeds. Cut into strips.

Heat speed with butter over medium heat. Transfer the bell pepper.

Add salt and oregano. Fry the peppers until half cooked. To make it softer but still crispy.
