- Carrots - 500 Grams
- Bulgarian pepper - 2 Pieces
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Greens - 1 Bunch (dill, parsley)
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Rice - 200 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 120 Milliliters
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Vinegar - 30 Milliliters

How to cook "Cauliflower with rice for the winter"

Prepare all ingredients.

Disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Grind with a blender along with the garlic.

Boil the rice until half cooked.

Cut the pepper into strips, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into half rings.

Pour the tomato mixture into a saucepan, add salt, sugar and black pepper. Pour in vegetable oil. Bring to a boil. Add all vegetables and finely chopped greens, boil for 10 minutes.

Then add rice. Cook for another 30-40 minutes. 5 minutes before cooking, pour in the vinegar.

Place the resulting snack in pre-sterilized jars. Turn the top upside down, wrap in a towel and leave to cool completely.
