How to make Provencal style liver cake

Boil one egg.

Rinse the chicken liver, transfer to a blender and chop.

Peel the onion, cut into large pieces and chop in a blender.

In a deep bowl, combine the chicken livers, onions, and add the raw egg, flour, salt and pepper to taste.

Stir everything well and bake the liver mixture on both sides like pancakes in a lightly oiled frying pan.

For our cream interlayer, combine boiled egg, natural yogurt, garlic and basil in a blender.

Brush each liver cake with the resulting dressing, let the cake stand for 5 minutes and serve with fresh vegetables.
