Instead of a special seasoning for fajitos, you can use chili, paprika, onion and garlic powder, oregano, cumin, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of brown sugar. It turns out to be juicy, satisfying and very tasty!

Ingredients:
- Tempe - 150 Grams
- Tortilla - 3 Pieces
- Onions - 1/2 Pieces
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Corn grains - 80-100 grams
- Green beans - 80-100 grams
- Seasoning - 1 Teaspoon (for fajitos)
- Soy sauce - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon

How to cook "Vegetarian Fajitos"

Prepare all ingredients.

Pre-boil tempeh for 15 minutes, then cut into strips. Fry it with soy sauce and smoked paprika until golden brown.

Cut the onion into half rings, bell pepper into strips. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Fry vegetables in a little oil for 5-6 minutes over high heat. Add fajitos spice and salt to taste.

Add corn and green beans and heat for a couple of minutes.

Add tempeh and stir.

Preheat the tortillas in the microwave or oven for a couple of minutes until soft.

Put the filling in the center of the cake, wrap.

Vegetarian fajitos is ready. Serve with guacamole sauce and salsa. Enjoy your meal!
