Cabbage rolls are one of the most popular dishes and deservedly so. But their preparation is quite laborious. That only is the processing of cabbage leaves for minced meat. It's much easier to make lazy stuffed cabbage rolls that have the same ingredients. To be honest, this process is also not fast, but still easier. Lazy cabbage rolls are prepared in different ways. They can be in the form of large cutlets. But let's do as in the canteen. Let's prepare this dish in a saucepan or frying pan.

- Minced meat - 400 gram
- White cabbage - 600 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Rice - 150 Grams
- Sunflower oil - 30 Milliliters
- Tomato paste - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
How to cook "Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls like in the dining room"
Prepare the ingredients for making lazy cabbage rolls.
Peel and wash onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Place in a saucepan or skillet.
Pour in sunflower oil and some water, cover with a lid. Simmer carrots and onions for 7-8 minutes.
Then put the minced meat in the pan.
Fry the minced meat with vegetables, stirring for 5-6 minutes.
Cut the cabbage into thin strips and add to the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add tomato paste or tomato juice. You can chop 2-3 tomatoes. Pour in 150 ml. water. Cover and simmer the minced meat with carrots, onions and cabbage until tender. Add more water if needed.
Meanwhile, boil the rice. Rinse it well and place in a saucepan of hot, salted water in a 1: 2 ratio of rice to water. Cook until tender. Then drain the water, and rinse the rice with boiled water.
Place the cooked rice in a skillet with minced meat and vegetables.
Stir all ingredients.
Lazy cabbage rolls are ready in the dining room. Serve as a second lunch or dinner.
