How to cook "Schnitzels from the liver"

Prepare your ingredients.

Flush the beef liver, cut the ducts, if any, remove the film. Cut the liver into slices, salt and pepper.

Prepare the batter. Beat the chicken egg into a bowl, add flour and add mayonnaise. Salt the batter to taste.

Mix the batter well so that there are no lumps.

Dip each piece of liver into the batter.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add schnitzel pieces.
