The cutlets are very spicy and aromatic. If you don't like some spicy greens, just don't add them. If you like it spicier, add chili peppers. Serve these cutlets with potatoes or baked vegetables.

- Minced meat - 300 grams
- Roll - 50 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Greens - 1 Bunch (large bunch - dill, parsley, tarragon and cilantro)
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Baking soda - 1 pinch
- Salt - To taste
- Black pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Water - 100 Milliliters
- Breadcrumbs - To taste
- Savory - 1/2 Teaspoon (dry)

How to cook "Armenian cutlets"

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making Armenian cutlets.

Break the roll and fill it with cold water. Let stand 5 minutes and squeeze.

Peel the onion and cut into wedges. Put the squeezed loaf and chopped onion into the blender bowl.

Wash and cut the greens. Add it to the blender bowl.

Add the peeled and chopped garlic to the blender bowl.

Punch everything until smooth.

Put the minced meat in a bowl and break the egg there.

Add the bread mass with onions and herbs to the bowl with minced meat and egg.

Salt and pepper everything, add soda and mix until smooth. Beat the minced meat well.

Divide the minced meat into equal balls and place them in the breadcrumbs.

Dip them in breadcrumbs and form into patties.

Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and heat over medium heat. Place the prepared cutlets in the pan.

Fry the patties for 12-15 minutes on each side over medium heat, until tender. Remove from pan and serve immediately.
