Ingredients:
- Boiled chickpeas - 200 grams (canned)
- Sesame - 20 Grams
- Parsley - 1/4 Bunch
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Lemon Juice - 1 Teaspoon
- Zira - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Salt - To taste
- Coriander - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Ground black pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 Clove

How to make PP Falafel

Prepare all ingredients.

Chop the boiled chickpeas together with parsley and peeled garlic in a meat grinder.

Add all the spices, salt, olive oil and lemon juice to the resulting minced meat.

Form the resulting mass into balls, a little larger than a walnut in size.

Fry them in a dry skillet on all sides.

PP falafel ready, bon appetit!
