- Cottage cheese - 250 grams (50 grams in the filling)

How to make Gluten Free Khachapuri

Prepare your ingredients.

Place the curd (leave 50 grams for the filling) in a bowl, add the egg white.

Then add salt and baking powder.

Add rice flour.

Knead the dough.

Form a boat out of it and place it on a baking sheet.

Put cottage cheese and yolk inside the boat. Send the khachapuri to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Serve the khachapuri immediately.
