- Tofu - 225 Grams
- Water - 120 Grams
- Gluten dry - 100 grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Powdered garlic - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 Teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Coriander - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Adjika - 2 Art. spoons

How to cook "Soy sausages"

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the onion into rings and fry until golden brown.

Grind the tofu with water until smooth. Add fried onions, all the spices, soy sauce and oil. Whisk again with a blender.

Transfer the resulting mixture to a bowl. Add dry gluten.

Stir until smooth.

Divide the mass into small pieces, roll sausages out of them. Wrap in plastic wrap, twist and tighten the ends on both sides. Boil the sausages in hot water for 20 minutes or steam for half an hour.

Cool the resulting sausages completely. In this form, they can already be eaten. If you want to fry, then grease the sausages with adjika and fry over medium heat.

Finished sausages should acquire a golden color.
