For dressing, you can use ready-made broth, mineral water, kvass, whey, etc. It all depends on your taste preferences. The dish turns out to be hearty and very tasty! You can safely cook okroshka with tongue not only for a family dinner, but also for any festive table. Take note of the recipe!

Ingredients:
- Tongue - 2 Pieces (I have a pork)
- Potatoes - 4-5 Pieces (cooked in a peel)
- Egg - 4 Pieces (boiled)
- Cucumber - 1 Piece
- Sour cream - 200 Milliliters
- Green onion - 1 Bunch
- Dill - 1 Bunch
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Okroshka with tongue"

Prepare all ingredients.

Separate the yolks from the proteins, add salt, pepper, you can add mustard if desired, then rub everything with a fork.

Add sour cream and stir. The filling is ready.

Cut the boiled tongue into cubes.

Add the diced potatoes.

Diced cucumber.

And squirrels cut into approximately the same cubes.

Add dressing.

And chopped greens.

Pour the cold broth in which the tongue was boiled, mineral water or kvass (it all depends on your preferences) and mix. Okroshka with tongue is ready.
