How to make Lean Lingonberry Pie
Prepare all ingredients.
Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add water and oil.
Stir the dough until smooth.
Add the diced apple and lingonberries. I use frozen berries, I do not defrost them beforehand.
Stir and pour the dough into a baking dish. I pre-grease the bottom and sides with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Lean lingonberry pie is ready.
