Below I will explain in more detail how to make rosemary buns. Instead of raisins, you can add sun-dried olives or tomatoes to the buns for a less sweet version. And reduce the amount of sugar to 1/2 tablespoon.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 200 Grams
- Dry yeast - 1/2 Art. spoons
- Sugar - 1.5 Art. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons
- Rosemary - 2 Pieces (twigs)
- Water - 125 Milliliters (warm)
- Raisins - 30-35 Grams

How to make Rosemary Buns

Prepare all ingredients.

Dissolve yeast and 1/2 tbsp in warm water. a spoonful of sugar. Leave it on for 10 minutes.

Sift flour and place in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 2-3 minutes.

Add the diluted yeast and the remaining sugar to the heated flour. Knead the dough.

Transfer it to a greased 1 tbsp. butter in a bowl and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

Remove the leaves from the rosemary, chop and rub lightly in a mortar. Combine with the remaining oil and heat without boiling.

Then strain and let cool.

Pound the dough. Sprinkle the surface with flour, add 2 tbsp. flavored oil and washed raisins. Take out.

Divide the dough into 4 rolls. Press them with a knife, make cuts crosswise. Cover and put away for a half hour rise.

Brush the buns with the remaining rosemary oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.
