How to cook "Fried wild garlic"

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the radish, dry it, cut into slices. Drizzle with lemon juice, set aside.

Fry the peanuts in a dry skillet until golden brown.

Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil. Add a couple of garlic cloves and cook until brown for 30 seconds. Then remove the garlic.

Rinse the ramsons thoroughly, dry them. Fry in garlic oil until soft.

Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon zest, cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Combine wild garlic, radish and peanuts. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
