How to make Turkish Saute

Prepare all the ingredients you need.

Peel the onion, chop finely and place in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable and butter. Sauté the onion until golden brown.

Put the chopped chicken fillet on the onion and fry for 10-12 minutes.

Add tomato paste, garlic and stir well.

Wash the vegetables well, cut, put in a pan, stir and fry for 5-7 minutes. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer sauté over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
