- Potatoes - 300 Grams (young)
- Zucchini - 250 Grams
- Sweet pepper - 150 grams
- Carrots - 100 Grams
- Bow - 100 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Water - 100 Milliliters
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste

How to make Vegetable Stew with Zucchini and Pepper

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into large pieces.

Next, peel the onion, rinse and dry. Cut the onion into half rings.

Peel the carrots, cut into cubes and add to the vegetables.

Next, peel and cut the bell peppers into strips. All stew ingredients should be cut fairly coarsely.

Rinse and slice the young courgettes.

Heat a spoonful of oil in a skillet, add vegetables and fry for 10 minutes. Then pour in 100 ml. hot water, add salt and pepper, simmer the stew, covered, for 20 minutes.
