How to cook "Sprat in tomato sauce in a slow cooker"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Remove the head and entrails from the sprat. Rinse, discard in a colander to glass the liquid. Transfer to a bowl.

Cut the onions into quarters into rings. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.

Put the tomato paste in a 200 gram glass and fill with water up to the top. Stir.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, put sprat on top, then onions, carrots. Pour tomato paste with water. Add bay leaves, fish spices. Put the bowl with the sprat into the slow cooker, set the "Stew" mode, time 1 hour 30 minutes. At the end of the process, leave it on the heating for another 30 minutes.

Then transfer, refrigerate at room temperature, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
