How to make "Chinese Chicken Fried Rice"

Prepare all the ingredients for making chicken fried rice.

Peel the carrots, wash and cut into thin strips. Place in a skillet.

Pour in vegetable oil and fry the carrots, stirring for 7-8 minutes.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into strips. Place in another skillet. Pour in oil and fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring, almost until tender.

Then add to the pan with carrots.

Lay out the green peas. Pour in 50 ml. water, cover and simmer carrots with chicken and peas for 5-6 minutes.

Break the eggs into a bowl.

Shake eggs and pour into a skillet with butter. Stir constantly to brown the eggs in chunks.

Add the fried eggs to the skillet.

Boil rice. To do this, rinse it and put it in a saucepan with hot water. Season with salt to taste. The ratio of rice to water is 1: 2.

Add boiled rice to the pan with the rest of the ingredients.

Pour in soy sauce, add chopped garlic, stir. Cover the pan with a lid and heat the dish over low heat for another 5-6 minutes.

Finely chop the green onion and place in the finished dish.
