How to cook "Turkey Skewers in Soy Sauce"
Prepare the required ingredients.
Grate the peeled ginger on a fine grater. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vegetable oil, minced garlic, sugar. Add ginger. Stir.
Place the turkey medallions in the bowl. Pour in the marinade. Add basil leaves. Stir well, squeezing the turkey pieces lightly. Put the future kebab in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
