Kharcho is usually made from beef. But turkey or chicken broth works well too. Traditionally, a lot of spices are put in this soup. The choice is yours. I suggest a minimal set: ground black pepper and hop-suneli. Also choose the sausage according to your preferences. It can also be boiled. In any case, the kharcho will be hearty, aromatic and very tasty!

- Meat broth - 1.3 L
- Onions - 2 Pieces
- Semi-smoked sausage - 150 Gram
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Rice - 3 Art. spoons
- Sunflower oil - 30 Milliliters
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Khmeli-suneli - To taste
- Salt - To taste
How to cook "Kharcho with sausage"
Prepare the ingredients for making kharcho.
Peel two small onions or one large, wash and chop finely. Place in a skillet with sunflower oil. Fry the onions until transparent over medium heat. Then put in a saucepan in the meat broth.
Cook the onions in the broth for 10 minutes. Then add the washed rice.
When the rice is done, add the tomato paste.
Add salt, ground black pepper, suneli hops and bay leaf.
Cut the semi-smoked sausage into small cubes.
Place in a pot of soup.
Cook the kharcho for another 7-8 minutes and turn it off. Add chopped garlic to the prepared soup.
The kharcho soup with sausage is ready. Serve with chopped herbs.
