- Tortillas - 2 Pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Cheese - 100 grams (hard)
- Greens - To taste
- Salt - To taste

How to make Breakfast Tortilla

Prepare all the ingredients you need.

Beat eggs with a fork and salt. Cut the tomato into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Place the tortilla in a dry hot frying pan. Pour eggs on it little by little. As soon as they grasp slightly, add more. This will prevent them from flowing over the edges of the tortilla.

Then place the tomato slices on top of the eggs.

And grated cheese.

Add chopped greens.

Place the second tortilla on top, turn over with a spatula and fry until golden brown.

Transfer from the pan to the board.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs on top too. Cut into 4 pieces with a sharp knife or pizza knife. Serve immediately!
