If you are preparing lecho for the winter, at the end of cooking, you should add a tablespoon of 9% vinegar, pack it in a sterile container and seal it tightly. This sauce can be served with any porridge, meat, poultry. Our version does not contain carrots and onions, if desired, already on the basis of the ready-made lecho, you can easily make a gorgeous sauce for spaghetti or stew.

Ingredients:
- Sweet pepper - 350 grams
- Tomato Juice - 180 Milliliters
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Tomatoes - 200 Grams
- Sugar - 2 Teaspoons
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. spoon (if you prepare lecho for the winter)
- Garlic - 2-3 Cloves

How to cook "Lecho without carrots and onions"

Prepare your ingredients.

Pepper the seeds and rinse, then dry, cut into strips or large segments.

Put chopped tomatoes in a blender bowl, pour in tomato juice, add garlic and a spoonful of tomato paste.

Grind all ingredients until smooth.

Transfer the contents of the bowl to a saucepan, also add the chopped pepper immediately.

Add butter, salt and sugar. Cook lecho over low heat for 40-45 minutes.

After a while, remove the sample. For rolling, pour in the vinegar, bring to a boil and pack immediately, twist the jars and cool under a blanket for 24 hours.

The lecho is very tasty. Good appetite!
