- Sausage - 300 grams (milk)
- Hard cheese - 100 grams (grated)
- Soft cheese - 150 grams (grated)
- Ketchup - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons (any kind)
- Green onions - 2-3 Pieces (stem)

How to make "Stuffed bread in the oven"

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Purchase bread of any kind, preferably a brick, so that it is stable.

Cut off the top of the bread and select the middle crumb - you can use it as you like, it will no longer be needed in the recipe. Spread the inside of the bread with mayonnaise of any fat content.

Grate hard and soft cheese on a fine mesh grater. You can use suluguni, feta cheese, feta, etc. Place half of the mixture on the inside of the bread and over the edges of the product.

Cut the milk sausage into cubes and pour into the middle of the bread, flatten. If desired, milk sausage can be replaced with smoked sausage.

Lubricate the sausage layer with ketchup: tender, garlic, spicy, etc. Rinse the green onion stalks and chop, sprinkle on top.

Fill the bread to the top with grated cheese mass so that when baked, it melts and seals the cut off top of the dish.
