The filling for pita pies can be very diverse, today we will consider a sweet option. I offer a choice of three fillings: cottage cheese, apple and sorrel. You can optionally prepare any other filling, one of the presented ones or all three at once. Lavash pies are in no way inferior to yeast pies and fly off the table like seeds. But they are undoubtedly easier to prepare, be sure to try it!

How to cook "Filled lavash pies"
As a base for pies - lavash. I have 1 package for a given amount of ingredients for the filling - these are 4 pieces of medium-sized lavash. We also need two eggs for batter and vegetable oil for frying.
For the first filling, prepare cottage cheese, one egg, sour cream and sugar. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and grind with a fork or chop with a blender. You can add vanillin.
For the second filling, use two large apples, cinnamon, butter, and sugar. Adjust sugar to your taste.
Grate the apples on a coarse grater and simmer in butter until soft. Add cinnamon and sugar.
For the third filling, use a large bunch of sorrel and the required amount of sugar.
Rinse the sorrel and pour over with boiling water. There is no need to add sugar at this stage, put sugar to taste directly during the formation of the pie.
Cut the pita bread into squares with kitchen scissors. I cut each pita into 4 pieces.
Put the pita bread on a work surface and put 1-2 tablespoons closer to one edge. fillings.
Fold the edges on both sides, and roll the pita bread.
