This dessert was invented a few years ago in Japan and its base is just plain water. This dessert will be appreciated by those who follow the figure. If you add not one, but 2 teaspoons (no top) agar agar, you get a denser structure, somewhat reminiscent of well-cooked cartilage. Serve this dessert within 30-50 minutes after preparation.

- Mineral water - 250 grams
- Agar-agar - 1 teaspoon (no top)
- Soy flour - 1 teaspoon
- Maple syrup - 1 tbsp. the spoon

How to make "Raindrop Cake"

Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the Raindrop Cake.

Pour mineral water into a saucepan, heat over medium heat, boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, cool to room temperature. Add agar agar and mix.

Put on low heat, bring to a boil and simmer, stirring for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and let stand until transparent. Pour the mixture into a round bottom dish. Cool and refrigerate until solid. This will take approximately 20 minutes.

Pour soy flour into a dry skillet and fry over low heat until golden brown. Remove from heat and cool.

To serve the cake, put the mineral water jelly on a flat plate, pour the fried flour on one side and maple syrup on the other. Enjoy your meal!
