- Onion - 1 Piece
- Paprika - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Ground black pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Black peppercorns - 3-4 Pieces

How to cook "Soy dumplings"

Prepare all ingredients.

Pour boiling water over soy texturate and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Mix flour and salt. Add water gradually.

Knead the dough well. Cover it with plastic wrap and leave for half an hour.

Squeeze out the texturate, then grind it in a meat grinder.

Cut onion and garlic into cubes, fry in a skillet with spices until soft.

Add soy texturate, simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.

Roll out the dough 1 mm thick. Cut out the circles.
