- Flour - 280 Grams
- Sugar - 100 Grams
- Honey - 90 Grams
- Butter - 80 Grams
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Soda - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Spices - To taste (cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg)

How to cook "Gingerbread Cookies"

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine egg, honey, sugar, butter and spices. Place the container in a water bath and, stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil. Add baking soda at the very end.

Then, without removing the container from the stove, add a glass of flour.

Mix everything and remove the container from the stove.

Then, in portions, add the remaining flour.

The dough should be thick enough, but a little sticky.

Form the dough into small balls and place on a greased oven rack. Steam for about 25 minutes.

The gingerbreads are ready.

You can serve them immediately or pour them over with icing.
