- Milk - 400 Milliliters
- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces
- Corn starch - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar - 150 Grams
- Vanilla sugar - 5 grams

How to make Starch Custard

Take the custard ingredients.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Protein is not needed here.

Add sugar and vanilla sugar.

Mix the yolks and sugar thoroughly.

Add cornstarch.

Mix the yolks well with the sugar and starch to prevent lumps from forming.

Pour the milk into a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Place on the stove and bring the milk to a near boil.

Pour the mixture of yolks, sugar, and cornstarch into a saucepan. Stir constantly until the cream thickens. This will take 3-4 minutes. Then refrigerate and use as directed.

The starch custard is ready. Serve for dessert or use in making cakes, pastries.
