How to make "Three Milk Pie"

Prepare the required ingredients. They should be at room temperature.

Combine eggs and sugar in a bowl.

Whisk for 5 minutes, gradually increasing the speed. The egg mass should be white and airy.

Add flour with baking powder through a sieve.

Use a spoon to stir the contents of the bowl. Stir gently in one direction. This will preserve the airiness of the dough.

Separately combine 3 tablespoons. vegetable oil and 3 tbsp. steep boiling water. Stir.

Pour oil and water along the edge of the bowl. Use a spoon (spatula) to stir the dough in one direction. Once the dough is smooth, no more stirring is required.

Cover the form with paper, grease it with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Pour out the dough. Shake the dough pan lightly from side to side to distribute it evenly. Put to bake in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Do not open the oven for the first 10 minutes so that the dough does not fall off.

After the time has passed, take out the finished biscuit. Refrigerate slightly.

Combine the condensed milk, cream, and baked milk in a bowl.

Remove the parchment from the biscuit. Return to form. Use a skewer or fork to make numerous punctures all over the cake. Pierce halfway through the biscuit. Fill with impregnation.

Leave the cake to soak for 5-6 hours, ideally overnight.

Cut the finished biscuit in portions and serve. Enjoy your meal!
