- Buckwheat - 1 Glass
- Water - 2 Glasses
- Sauerkraut - 400 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
- Paprika - To taste

How to cook "Buckwheat with sauerkraut"

Prepare your ingredients.

Chop the sauerkraut if it is too long.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add cabbage, fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add buckwheat to the skillet.

Pour in salt, pepper, paprika and spices to taste.

Pour two cups of warm water into the skillet.

Stir everything and cover the pan with a lid, put on low heat, simmer porridge and cabbage for 25 minutes.
