- Red fish - 120 grams (slightly salted)
- Green onions - 2 Pieces (stem)

How to make "Red Fish Pate"

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Peel chicken eggs, rinse in water and cut into cubes. Pour the slices into a blender bowl or deep container if using a hand blender.

Rinse green onion stalks, dry, chop. Add the slices to the egg. If you wish, you can also use dill, it is ideally combined with red fish.

Cut lightly salted red fish of any kind into slices and place with the rest of the slices. If you have fresh fish, first stew it in a little water, and then take it apart with your hands, removing the bones.

Add a little salt and ground black pepper, grind everything for 3-5 minutes, turning into a paste.

Put the prepared dish in a bowl or bowl, serve with slices of bread, crackers and other savory pastries.
