Three beans salad is very easy and quick to prepare if you boil the beans in advance. It is better to soak it overnight, then boil until soft and cool. The salad uses red, white and green green beans. I also add egg white and garlic. Mayonnaise and spices are suitable for dressing.

- Red beans - 100 grams (boiled)
- White beans - 100 grams (boiled)
- Green beans - 100 grams (green beans)
- Chicken eggs - 2 Pieces (only protein)
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Mayonnaise - 50-80 Grams
- Salt - To taste
- Black Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Three Beans Salad"

Prepare all ingredients.

Put the pre-cooked beans (white and red) in a bowl.

Cook the green beans for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water and fold over a sieve.

Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled, separate the whites from the yolks. Only proteins are used in the salad. Cut the proteins into cubes and add to the salad.

Add the green beans to the salad and squeeze the garlic.

Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt and pepper, stir.

Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
