How to cook "Voronezh cake according to GOST"
Prepare the ingredients for making the cake.
Put soft butter in a bowl, add sugar. Beat with a mixer or broom.
Beat the butter, sugar and eggs well again.
Add cottage cheese. If it has grains, then pre-process it with a blender until smooth or wipe it through a sieve.
Add baking soda and baking powder.
Add the sifted flour.
Knead a smooth, homogeneous, thick, fluffy, fairly heavy dough.
Pour the dough into a mold. According to GOST, it should be oval, but this does not really matter.
Bake the cake for 50-55 minutes at 170 degrees. Preheat the oven.
Remove the finished cake from the mold and chill well.
Sprinkle the cooled muffin with icing sugar, cut and serve with tea.
