- Chicken fillet - 150 Grams

How to cook "Salad with grapefruit and arugula"

Prepare your ingredients.

Boil chicken fillet until tender - 25 minutes. Then cool the fillet, cut into small pieces.

Peel the grapefruit, disassemble into wedges.

Place clean arugula leaves on a plate.

Place the grapefruit on top of the arugula.

Place the chicken fillet on top of the salad.

Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese, drizzle with butter and serve.
