How to cook "Dumplings with meat, cabbage and lard"
Prepare the required ingredients.
Break an egg into a glass and add water to 200 ml. I had 140 ml. water. Add 1/2 tsp. salt and stir.
Pour the water and egg into a bowl. Add flour. Pour in the smaller part first. Stir with a fork. If the dough is well packed, add the vegetable oil and knead the dough. Add flour as needed. The dough should be soft, but not sticky to your hands.
Wrap the dough in a plastic bag. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Make minced meat. In a meat grinder, with a medium wire rack, scroll through the bacon, onion and cabbage. Add to the turkey mince. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir. Minced meat is ready.
