How to make Jamie Oliver's Bolognese
Prepare your ingredients.
Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry in olive oil.
Add finely chopped onions to the skillet.
Add finely chopped carrots.
Add finely chopped celery and garlic to the skillet. Fry over low heat for about 7-10 minutes.
Put the ground beef to the fried vegetables, break into small lumps.
Put tomatoes to the fried minced meat with vegetables, stir, cover and simmer over low heat for about an hour.
Grind the basil.
About 10 minutes before cooking, add basil, grated parmesan to the sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste and simmer for about 10 minutes. If the sauce turns out to be dry, you can then add a little broth from pasta to it.
Boil the spaghetti in a large saucepan in salted water according to the time indicated on the package until al dente. Drain.
Put half of the meat sauce with the spaghetti, stir.
Serve the Bolognese with the remaining sauce on top, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and garnish with fresh basil leaves. The result is a real Italian taste. Enjoy your meal!
