Cooking description:
The Hawaiian blend is often sold as ice cream in supermarkets. But I love making this salad with canned corn, fresh bell peppers and fresh green peas. It's just that in early May, fresh peas are not yet sold, so I replaced them with ice cream. The salad is very simple and quick to prepare. It turns out delicious, satisfying and bright!

How to make Hawaiian Blend Crab Salad

Prepare the ingredients for the salad.

Cut the crab sticks into cubes and place in a salad bowl.

Add canned corn.

Cut the bell pepper into small cubes and add to the salad.

Finely chop the parsley and put in the salad.

Boil fresh or frozen green peas until soft, cool and put in a salad.

Boil the rice. To do this, place it in a saucepan of salted water in a 1: 2 ratio of rice to water. Cook for 10-12 minutes until tender. Then put it in a colander, rinse with boiled water, cool and add to the salad.

Season the salad with sour cream.

Season with salt and stir all ingredients.

The Hawaiian mix salad is ready. Serve as a snack.
